In the event of a tour cancellation due to unfavourable weather, or any unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule the ticket for a later date, transfer it to a Gift Card, or be provide a full refund.

  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the departure time.
  • 50% refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the departure time.
  • 80% refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to departure.
  • Gift Vouchers purchased are non-refundable.
