Cancellation Policy (Non-Members):

0% refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the commencement of a service.
100% refund for cancellations more than 48 hours prior to the commencement of a service.

Cancellation Policy (NRMA Members):

100% refund for cancellations more than 2 hours prior to the commencement of a service.

Cancellation of Cruise Policy:

If for any reason a cruise is cancelled, you will be offered to rebook those tickets on another cruise of the same value, or will provide a full refund.
